SHIPPING, CUSTOM & DUTIES POLICY

We ship worldwide safely and securely. When all items in your order are in stock, we will process the order within 3-10 working days. If your order is placed over the weekend, the process times begin the following business day.

Free shipping is applicable to all GR orders over €40.

Our company is not responsible for delays due to the function of the carrier or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident.

Please note an order that contains more than one product will not be shipped until the full order is ready.

The address declared by you needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, you are responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or you will be charged any additional cost of shipping.

Please note that international customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us, and the tariffs are set by your Government.
