Please read the Terms and Conditions for the proper use of this website carefully before placing any orders. All orders, deliveries, and services are exclusively governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Users acknowledge the company’s right to modify any provisions of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect the legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished situations. Web shop users acknowledge they have read the present terms, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.

In order to perform any transaction through the web shop and to make any order for the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number and a valid email address. Our company is not to share this information with any other entity or use it in any way without your agreement. Prices shown on the web shop are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT – 24%). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies, then you will be charged in accordance with the exchange rate of the day of the transaction.

Please note that the prices on this web shop do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order.
International customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us, and the tariffs are set by your Government.

You may enter into a valid order through our web shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Kostas Tsimikas Official Shop cannot guarantee the availability of any listed products. However, it guarantees the timely update of its customers regarding products’ unavailability.

We are only liable for a significant lack of diligence in the case of delay in delivering ordered products.

Also, we bear no responsibility for any technical issues which the users may face when trying to access the web shop or during their browsing on it, which are related to the performance or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the web shop.
